Added alt text to skin previews (Bug #1278202)

Also changed the alt text of the skin edit icons to make its purpose
clearer for screen reader users

  Skin previews need descriptive alt text

Bug description:
  Child of Bug #1271772

  To be accessible to screen readers, all images and image-like elements
  need an alt attribute specified. Currently skin previews have no alt
  attribute specified, so a descriptive one needs to be added.
