Hi Marius,

That error message could be related. When you see the "Loading" message
in Mahara, it's because we've sent out an AJAX request to the web server
and we're waiting for the response. If the AJAX response errors out,
then no response ever comes and the "Loading" stays up permanently, like
you've seen.

Can you consistently repeat this problem? And do you see the same error
message in the logs each time?

  1.9rc1 Profile page not loading

Status in Mahara ePortfolio:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Upgraded my 1.8.1 to 1.9rc1. When loading my profile from the menu
  (myinstalation.com/artefact/internal/index.php) it just says
  "loading..." without nothing being displayed. Tried it Chrome, IE10
  and Firefox and same result
