In IE 10 and 11, when you are in artefact/file/index.php, you can click
on an icon to get further options for moving your files around. These
links do not work in IE10/11, but function in Chrome.

The drag and drop feature here where you can drop on the links of the
folders and breadcrumbs works in IE and all other browsers. It is really
good feature for file management

we are using Mahara 1.9.1 stable (lancaster university)
