Follow on from bug #1302297 comment #10:

Currently, you need to click the search button to conduct a search, but
it might be better to have the results change as soon as you change the
option in a drop-down menu.

If implemented, I think we'd need to implement that across the board for
all searches to be consistent. A change would also need to work on
mobile and be accessible.
