Public bug reported:

The group pages overview page has a copy button for every page that
regular group members are allowed to copy (tested with a controlled
group).

/collection/index.php should get the same to make it more consistent.

Note: Only regular members see the copy buttons because group admins can
edit pages and thus they see the edit buttons.
