A new setting seems to have been added in 1.10 to configure how many
groups are shown in the "My groups" list - this is accessible from the
user settings page. However, the label has a missing language string and
currently reads [[limitto/blocktype.mygroups]]

Noticed on master.dev.mahara.org (latest Firefox)
