[Bug 1377377] [NEW] Make $cfg->renamecopies = false; the default config value

Public bug reported:

When a site is set up, the default value for "renamecopies" is "true".
This means that all pages and collections that are copied have the "Copy
of" prepended to their title. This is not great when you copy templates
because then you have to go through all pages and collections to change
it to the proper title.

I recommend to make the default value for "renamecopies" "false" so that
the "Copy of..." does not appear. So far I've changed this setting on
all our Mahara instances to make it easier for users to work with.
