When the option "Allow anonmous pages" is ticked in Admin -> Config site
-> General settings, an admin is supposed to be able to see the author's
real name by clicking on the link "Author's name hidden". However,
"Author's name hidden" is not a link on the actual page.

  When the option "Allow anonmous pages" is ticked in Admin -> Config
  site -> General settings, an admin is supposed to be able to see the
  author's real name by clicking on the link "Author's name hidden".
  However, "Author's name hidden" is not a link on the actual page.
