Hm... that wouldn't be *too* tricky. Just slap some javascript on that
text field, and make it enable/disable the width & height fields.

Not trivial, but not huge either.

  Blocktype external media: Integrate Width and Height Parameter also
  into iframe-embed codes

Bug description:
  On the Mahara Barcamp 2014 we talked about the Interface of the "External media" blocktype and found the height- and width-fields confusing for sources that are added via iframe code. 
  It would be nice to have those values also applied to the iframe-sources or at least disable the fields, if an iframe code is detected. 

  Technically, this might be a bit tricky to make it work for all
  possible iframe codes:

  - the width and height can be set as a CSS-style or as html-attribute
  - the CSS-style can be interrupted by a comment
