Public bug reported:

When a group member uploads a file to the group, the ownership of the
file belongs to the group. It is not directly visible who actually
uploaded the file in the first place, e.g. if you want to follow up with
the user in regards to content / copyright etc.

This was originally reported on bug #547362.
