There is a block "Watchlist" which can be put onto the dashboard page to
see watched pages easily besides getting a notification when a page
changed.

  Shortcut to Watchlist

Bug description:
  Since the Watchlist will become the main way users (particularly
  staff) will access those views and artefacts they have access to, it
  would be kinda neat to have a shortcut to the watchlist  - perhaps
  under the X unread messages link?
