Title:
Notification when about to delete a file is needed
Status in Mahara ePortfolio:
Fix Released
Bug description:
1. There is no message that a file has been deleted when you click on
it ➪ It is very easy to continue hitting "delete" and thus
accidentally deleting more files than wanted. ➪ A "do you really want
to delete this file" dialog should appear as it does when you delete a
blog post.
2. It would be great to get a warning when you attempt to delete a
file when it is used in one or more views (and get a list of these
views). Currently, there is no warning at all that if a file gets
deleted, its content will not be accessible anywhere else anymore
either.
