[Bug 800120] Re: Admin copy collection
This is possible by setting up a site / institution collection (or even
just page) and then when giving access, make the collection / page
copyable and also tick the option for "Copy for new users".

Bug description:
ADMIN COPY COLLECTION: The ability for an admin to copy a collection
into user accounts when users are added into an institution would be a
great feature. I think most schools add users in from the admin side
as they set up accounts. This would enable a school to select an
entire collection that will be added automatically into a user's
account when the user is added to an institution. Currently we are
adding the 4 necessary views to new users of an institution, but the
student then has to combine the views themselves into a collection.
I'm now having to instruct students to copy the 5 views necessary from
a "sample student" profile and then instruct them on how to create
their own collection to make their portfolio in accordance with
university requirements.
