[Bug 893615] Re: Allow teachers to export submitted Pages to HTML

Since Mahara 1.10 it is possible to archive submitted pages /
collections in the Leap2A format allowing them to be imported back into
a portfolio if needed.

I'll leave this request open as it refers specifically to the HTML
export.

Title:
Allow teachers to export submitted Pages to HTML

Status in Mahara ePortfolio:
  Triaged

Bug description:
For quality assurance purposes, assessed work (in the UK HE context)
has to be moderated by an external verifier, who will require access
to the original work. As assessed work is unlocked from editing when
released back to the student (and I agree that this should be the
case) it would be useful for a teacher to be able to export a
submitted Page as standalone HTML. It would make sense for this to
appear as a link at the bottom of the Page being assessed, e.g. next
to the "add to watchlist" link. The html snapshots can then be
archived and/or sent to the external verifier for moderation at a
later date. This would also preserve the multimedia richness of the
Page format, in a way that screen shots and PDF printouts cannot.
