Public bug reported:

For some reason the dusty but omnipresent Wall block is the one place in
Mahara where we still use BBCode. We really ought to swap it out there
for TinyMCE, or keep it as plaintext but do a Twitter/Facebook style
autodetection of links.

But given that we use TinyMCE for comments, I think it would make more
sense to have TinyMCE for the wall block as well.
