Collapse the "group pages" options into menus to save space

Now that we've added so many options to this block, it's starting
to get hard to read. Changing the radio buttons into menus makes
it a little bit easier.

  Allow "group pages" block to be sorted by date last updated

Bug description:
  Some users would prefer to be able to sort the pages (and collections)
  in the "group pages" block by the pages' last update date, so that
  it's easier to see which ones have been updated recently.
