Public bug reported:

Currently if a user adds a personal image to the group description field
then leaves a group the image can still be viewed - but I think it would
be better if on leaving the group the group takes a copy of the image
rather than relying on the old user not to delete it from their personal
files.

So would be a matter of checking when removing a user if they have any
files being used as embedded images and then copying the files and
updating the url to point to new one.
