Steps to replicate

1. Login as userA, create a page
2. Add a Note block (not the Text), and add block content
3. Share the page to userB with copyable setting
4. Login as userB
5. Click Copy a page
6. Click on the page title to preview

Issue: you can not see the content of the note (see the attached image)
