Public bug reported:

After merging in Bootstrap, I noticed that when I receive an
objectionable content notification, the link to view the content is no
longer displayed at the bottom of the notification in my inbox.

To replicate:

1. Clean Mahara install.
2. Log in as Admin.
3. Create a page. Make it accessible to the public.
4. Create a User A.
5. As User A, view the page Admin made public.
6. Click the Report button and file an objectionable content report about the page.
7. Log in as Admin
8. Go to your inbox.
9. You'll see an objectionable content notification.
10. Click on the title.

Expected result: You should see a link at the bottom of the notification that says "More..." or "Page..." to let you view the page
Actual result: You'll see the text of the notification, but no link at the bottom.
