A full solution for this bug will have to populate the proper artefact
linking tables, so that the attachments will also show up if the resume
field is displayed via a resume block in a page that is viewed by
another user.

  Resume attachments don't survive Leap2a import & export

Bug description:
  To replicate:

  1. Go to Content -> Resume -> Education and employment
  2. Add an "Education history" entry, and attach one or more files to it
  3. Export your whole portfolio to leap2a
  4. Import the leap2a file into a new Mahara site or a different user on the same Mahara site.
  5. If you're doing interactive import, be sure to select that you do want to import the resume items.

  Expected result: You should have the imported Education history item in your new resume area, with the file attachment(s).
  Actual result: You have the imported Education history item, and the file attachments are in your Content -> Files are, but they are not attached to the Education history item.
