Public bug reported:

To replicate:

1. Go to Content -> Profile pictures
2. Upload a profile picture for yourself.
3. Export your entire portfolio to leap2a
4. Log out, and log in as a different user
5. Import the leap2a file.

Expected result: Your profile picture is now the one imported via the leap
Actual result: You have a copy of the profile picture in your "Content -> Files" area, but it is not available as a profile picture in your account.

One quirk about this, is that the profile pictures are imported
correctly in non-interactive import. (That is, if you go to
"Administration -> Add user" and upload it there.)
