Bug description:
  Mahara 15.10+

  Up to Mahara 15.04, a forum topic that contained a post that was
  marked objectionable was highlighted in red for the administrator. See
  http://manual.mahara.org/en/15.04/_images/forum_objectionable_topic_list.png

  That is not the case anymore in 15.10 and makes it harder for admins
  to see which forum topics need attention if they don't have their
  notification available.
