  Update submission release language string for more clarity

Bug description:
  The submission notification includes information on who released a
  portfolio in a group. The string should make it clearer what the
  individual %s are referring to in order to avoid confusion for
  translators.

  The string in question: Your collection "%s" has been released from %s
  by %s

  Change to: Your collection "%s" has been released from the group "%s"
  by %s

  So that the German translation can be made more clearer:
  Currently: Ihre Sammlung "%s" wurde von %s (%s) freigegeben

  To: Ihre Sammlung "%s" wurde in der Grupp "%s" von "%s" freigegeben

  We'll also need to change the string for the regular portfolio page.
