Can you please check that the user has a journal in Mahara? The error
suggests that something is wrong on the Mahara site.

  MaharaMobile - upload Blog - errormessage "no blog configured on

Bug description:
  Upload of images with the MaharaMobile App workes fine.

  Some users can not upload a blogcontent in with the MaharaMobile App. 
  There is an errormessage: "... no blog configured on server ..."
