  MaharaMobile - upload Blog - errormessage "no blog configured on
  server"

Status in Mahara:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Upload of images with the MaharaMobile App workes fine.

  Some users can not upload a blogcontent in with the MaharaMobile App. 
  There is an errormessage: "... no blog configured on server ..."

  
  Mahara version 16.10.2
  on Ubuntu 16.10LTS
