On each theme I have tried with 17.04 preview, I the top menus (icons)
are not aligned (see inclosed file) on small screens and on telephones.
Connected as a Site Admin, it concerns :

• Administration menu
• Main menu
• Search
• User menu

The submenus also should have a padding, because for me they are to
close to the left margin.
