Browser: Safari 10.0.3
Device: MacBook Pro

Steps to Reproduce:

1) Navigate to Groups> Select a group>Journals

2) Create a journal

3) Add a new entry to the jounal

4) While giving the details to add the entry for the journal try to
attach a file by clicking on "Add a file"

Expected Result: A pop up should be displayed with an option to upload a
file and an option to drop files to upload ( see screenshot 1)

Actual Result: Drop files here to upload doesnt show up on safari ( see
screenshot 2)
