Can you drag and drop files in general in Safari? That functionality
might be disabled. Is the problem only in groups or also personal
journal entries?

  unable to drop files to upload

Bug description:
  Tested on
  Site: https://master-mahara.catalystdemo.net.nz
  Browser: Safari 10.0.3
  Device: MacBook Pro

  Steps to Reproduce:

  1) Navigate to Groups> Select a group>Journals

  2) Create a journal

  3) Add a new entry to the jounal

  4) While giving the details to add the entry for the journal try to
  attach a file by clicking on "Add a file"

  Expected Result: A pop up should be displayed with an option to upload
  a file and an option to drop files to upload ( see screenshot 1)

  Actual Result: Drop files here to upload doesnt show up on safari (
  see screenshot 2)
