  Problems adding annotation comments to SmartEvidence in 17.04 via
  matrix page

Bug description:
  When adding a comment to a point on the matrix on submission of
  comment the button changes from 'Place feedback' to 'Processing...'
  but doesn't change back.

  I believe this is due to the jQuery changes made recently

  Normally we  submit via pieform and replace the form on success but in
  this case we submit via ajax.

  So we need to add some js to turn the 'Processing...' back to 'Place
  feedback' on return of success or error.
