When viewing the page the blog/post is on and being logged out

Bug description:
  This is a follow-on bug from bug #1681987.

  When you have journal entries on a page, they still display the
  "Posted by Person on" rather than just "Posted on" to anonymize it
  when you are not supposed to see someone's name.
