I'm on 17.04.2

In Main menu > Content, the string for journal/journals is supposed to
change depending on whether or not you have multiple journals activated
or not. Singular if you don't, plural if you do.

The multiple journal setting is found in User Menu > Settings > Multiple
journals.

Presently, the string is always the plural form "Journals".
