In version 17.10 there will be an 'updateviewaccess' event that is
recorded when access for a view/collection is changed.

  Version of Mahara: 16.10.2

  When you share a collection with a group it triggers event "saveview"
  and save DB record like:

  53773 | 53773 | 2017-06-29 20:40:06 | saveview | {"id":"14925"}

  But view hasn't been updated as we just have changed collection access
  rule, but not any page in the collection.
