Preconditions 
1. Database has been cleared - (dropped and recreated).
2. Admin user has set up profile details (password and email).

Test Script
1. User browse to Mahara site.
2. Confirm Mahara dashboard page is displayed.  ✔
3. Confirm "Edit this text via "Administration menu" → "Configure site" → "Static pages"." text is displayed. ✔
4. Confirm "Static pages" is a link and links to "http://mahara/admin/site/pages.php".%20%E2%9C%94
5. User clicks "Static pages" link.
6. Confirm the default text is displayed as follows "Welcome Edit this text via "Administration menu" → "Configure site" → "Static pages". ✔
7. User click on "Legal" link in the footer.
8. Confirm user is taken to the "Legal - Mahara" page. ✔
9. Confirm there are 2 sections as follows. ✔
	a. "Site privacy statement". ✔
	b. "Site terms and conditions". ✔
10. Confirm the "Site privacy statement" section contains the following text "Add your privacy statement for the site in "Administration menu" → "Configure site" → "Legal"." text. ✔
5. Confirm the text "Legal" is a link and links to "Legal - Mahara" page with the "Privacy statement" tab open. ✔
6. Confirm user can edit the last version of the Privacy statement only. ✔
7. Confirm user can view all other versions only. ✔
8. Confirm the "Site terms and conditions" section contains the following text "Add your privacy statement for the site in "Administration menu" → "Configure site" → "Legal"." text. ✔
9. Confirm the text "Legal" is a link and links to "Legal - Mahara" page with the "Terms and conditions" tab open. ✔
10. Confirm user can edit the last version of the Privacy statement only. ✔
11. Confirm user can view all other versions only. ✔
12. Confirm the Admin > Legal link, links to the "Legal - Mahara" page. ✔

Title:
  Update privacy statement and terms and conditions for GDPR

Status in Mahara:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  The GDPR will go into effect on 25 May 2018. There are several changes
  that are required in Mahara. Amongst them is an update to the privacy
  statement template as some requirements need to be explained in there.
