Public bug reported:

H5P can already be used in Mahara via an iframe, but that would require
the content to be hosted publicly and authored outside of Mahara. It
would be more comfortable if content could be created via the H5P editor
directly in Mahara (like it can be done in Moodle for example), and also
if submissions might be able to be handled. The latter requires a bit
more fleshing out.
