Public bug reported:

Currently, users can have no restrictions on the amount of informaton
they can add to the Page Description field of the Page settings.

This means that when users attempt to export this page
(https://demo.mahara.org/export/index.php) and select the export 'only a
few pages' option, the page description is visible and takes over the
whole export page. Please see screenshot attached.

It would be great if there could a character restriction to limit the
amount of text that can be added or add some text underneath the Page
Description field to advise users to keep the description brief.
