  Drag and drop images from your computer on to a Mahara portfolio page

Bug description:
  The ability to drag and drop an image from your computer
  (desktop/documents) to a Mahara portfolio page. The image should also
  be available in Content> Files area and the name of the file should
  automatically be picked  up from the image.
