Hmm, I made a page with peer block and openbadge block and shared it
with 2 people:

User A - shared as peer
User B - shared with no role

User A could not see the badge info either in page or timeline

User B could see the badge info in both the page and timeline

  Open Badges block and issues with timeline

Bug description:
  There seems to be a bit of a problem with the Open Badges block. I
  placed it on a page that has a peer assessment, but it is not
  displayed. It does show up in the timeline, but without content.
