Hi Doug,

Are you able to let me know some more about the gallery images? Are they
stored locally or selected from an external gallery?

Are the images owned by you the user or a different user/group?

  Thumbnail will not open in lightbox from gallery

Bug description:
  In Mahara 18.10.0

  Create a gallery on a portfolio page. Images display in thumbnail form, however when I click on the image the page says: 
  "The requested photo cannot be loaded. Please try again later."

  Consistent on multiple pages.

  No error showing in Apache2 error log nor web console.
