This is beneficial to fix if a template is set up with a specific
journal title because then the portfolio author copying the template
doesn't need to rename the journal.

  Journals don't respect $cfg->renamecopies = false;

Bug description:
  When you set the config value

  $cfg->renamecopies = false;

  portfolio pages and collections do not get the "Copy of" as prefix to
  their title. The same should happen for journals that are copied.
