[Bug 1835222] [NEW] Error when clicking 'Engage' option on Dashboard page

When clicking the 'Engage' option on the dashboard page we get the
following error:

MyPortfolio: Site unavailable
A nonrecoverable error occurred. This probably means you have encountered a bug in the system

It looks like an error in your sql function - notice the lack of a space
in the where clause towards the end of the statement which includes the
following:

AND deleted = 0AND


The error log shows the following:
