  - Theme: Modern

  Preconditions:

  1. An existing person (used User5 Test-123) is present.

  Test steps:

  1. Person is logged in and selects Profile; the person's Profile --> About me tab is displayed.
- 2. Person scrolls down to enter an Introduction. ✘ The TinyMCE editor is not present for the user to enter text in.
- Please see attachment.
- Note1: the editor/fields are not present in other places that they should be eg in the Create Text block.
- Note2: a work around is for the Site/Institution Administrator to turn both the HTML editor and Device detection options in the Person's Profile Settings --> Preferences to their 'Off' values.
+ 2. Person scrolls down to enter an Introduction.
+ Expected result: The visual editor window is present.
+ Actual result: There is no editor window, not even a simple one (see attachment)
