[Bug 1858143] [NEW] Replace "user" with a more appropriate term where possible

It may not be possible to replace all instances at once, e.g. "username"
is very much entrenched. However, I'll check in which cases we can
easily change from "user" to another term.
I am not going to change the language string identifiers as the
translators may not wish to make that change in their language.
This is not going to eliminate the word "user" in the code, just what
people see on the screen.
