Bug 1873357: Have exported pdf files for pages / collections end up in a
PDF/ directory next to the HTML/ one

- create pdf directories
- added return array to pdf->export()
- added pdf dir to create_zip_archive ()

Bug description:
  Currently they are mixed in with the HTML directory but it would make
  things easier if they end up in their own PDF/ directory

  Will need to make sure the name of the collection / page names are
  unique (eg named with title + id)
