Public bug reported:

Since our last upgrade to 20.04.0 of Mahara, all group homepage with a
folder block are not operational, i.e. we can see the content of the
folder but we cannot click it (either to download it or browse a
subfolder).

It is a regression since the problem was not present prior to our update
(we went from 19.04 to 20.04 this summer).

I made a test on demo.mahara.org and the problem is reproducible on this
platform also.
