Attached video demonstrates the issue.

On a page with retractable text boxes, if you click to open a text box
in view mode and then click to close, it disappears on close. It
reappears if you click another box.

Verified with Sam Taylor, Catalyst, she has same issue with her Mahara
instance (both 20.04)
