Hi,

Can you please make sure you are on the latest 21.10 code base and try
again? Also since this seems to be an intermitted issue, it would be
good to know if this student is the only one experiencing problems or
other people as well, and then to know what the conditions are for when
the student has problems and the steps they took. It would be that the
JavaScript is not fully loaded. Is there anything in the dev console?

  tagged journal entries setting dialog not displaying

Bug description:
  I've been working with one of our students who is having trouble
  editing settings on a 'tagged journal entries' element on some pages.
  When clicking on the pencil icon to show the settings dialog, there is
  a 'loading' indication, but the dialog is not shown.  Other pages with
  different tags shows the settings dialog fine.  This occurs even on a
  newly created page.  He's using Chrome 102 on a Mac.

  We're using Mahara 21.10
