Public bug reported:

LTI produces 'Fake groups' though to perform its submission tasks, it does show up in this list, and a student can submit the assignment to that group and that submission will never show up in the LTI submission list for the teachers.
To fix things in Mahara core, the following would be needed:
1. Never display the second line (screenshot student-step01B-mahara-page-submission.png as that is just for the LTI assignment
2. Only show the first line with the drop-down menu if the account holder is in a real Mahara group that allows portfolio submissions. If they are not in a real Mahara group with group submissions, don't show it as the rest would only be the 'fake' groups that are created to support LTI submissions.
3. In that drop-down menu, only show real Mahara groups, but not the LTI assignments. That would then help Swinburne because if they don't use Mahara group submissions, they wouldn't see that line on their portfolio pages.
