To test:
1. Submit a page to a group
2. Go to module/submissions/index.php
3. Ensure viewport width is above 992px
4. Click the chevron to the left of the submission

Expected:
 - Can see Date, Task, Feedback and Rating

Actual:
- Can only see Feedback

5. Adjust viewport width to below 992, and you can see the Date, Task
and Rating fields appear
