[Bug 1999710] [NEW] Chevron on Select2 drop-down in 'Edit access' not clickable

Public bug reported:

When a person is on the 'Edit access' screen for a portfolio and they
selected to share the portfolio with another person, they can't click
the chevron in the resulting 'Search' drop-down menu to open the menu.
Clicking anywhere else in the field does open the menu, just not the
icon depicting the option. It is possible to click the chevron in the
other drop-down menus.
