Hi Valerie,

When you say you inserted a web animation, does that mean that you used
iframe code for that in a text box? If that's the case, the preview
might work before the text is saved as it wouldn't have gone through
HTMLPurifier and thus checked if the iframe code is allowed. In that
case, you'd want to check out

If it's anything else, please provide more information.

  can preview a Genially animation but not view it in the page

  In a page, on https://tecfalms.unige.ch/mahara/ I could insert and
  preview a Genially web animation but after saving it, could not view
  it in the page.
